NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang made two high-profile visits to Vietnam — in December 2023 and again in late 2024 — with one of the most important stops being Hoa Lac High-Tech Park. Highway Infrastructure

Imperia Sky Park is located in Nam An Khanh New Urban Area, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi. Its most distinctive feature is its prime position as “front-row on Thang Long Boulevard”.

Thang Long Boulevard runs from the intersection of Tran Duy Hung Road and Ring Road 3 in Nam Tu Liem District in the east, to Hoa Lac High-Tech Park in the west. The total road width reaches 140 meters, including dual carriageways in each direction (up to 100 km/h), plus two motorcycle/local traffic lanes.

MRT Line 5 is built along this advanced expressway, reducing travel time between “Hanoi’s Silicon Valley” (Hoa Lac) and the “New CBD” (My Dinh) to just 20–30 minutes. This means engineers working in Hoa Lac can easily live in areas with more mature amenities, such as Imperia Sky Park.

In addition, Ring Road 3.5 is scheduled to be completed in Q2 2026 and open to traffic in Q4 2026. Via Ring Road 3.5, one can quickly reach the airport — connecting north via the planned Thuong Cat Bridge (Cau Thuong Cat) or linking back to the Ring Road 2 extension toward Noi Bai Airport. From the development, it takes approximately 40 minutes to reach Noi Bai International Airport.
